About the Yogi

Nicole is certified in Interdisciplinary Flow Yoga, completing her first teacher training in July 2007. She studied with Anusara goddess, Diana Beardsley (Los Angeles) and Vinyasa Flow and Astanga yoga teacher, Amy Caldwell (San Diego). She has been practicing yoga since 2000, and her daily practice continues to evolve, inspiring her life.
