Personal Chef and Catering

The following menu items can be prepared according to your dietary needs. Most menu items are interchangeable and we invite you to mix and match sauces and main items or even ingredients. (e.g.: You want Chicken Teriyaki, but only see that preparation under the seafood menu as “Salmon Teriyaki”). Another example being Swedish Meatballs under the Beef Menu; this recipe can certainly be prepared with chicken or turkey if you are not a beef eater and/or prepared with fat free milk rather than cream if you desire low-fat meals. Not only are substitutions and/additions not a problem for us, but we encourage you to “tweak” the menu any way you like to keep your palate and health as happy as possible! All dishes are based on seasonal fruits and vegetables, so keep in mind some items may not be available. I use local, organic produce, meats, chicken and fish when available. This service is VERY personalized and every meal is prepared with love, just for you.
